After a Long Draught, Fresh Powder at Red River, New Mexico 3/2/14

Normally this is an easy "blue" run at the small area on top, but today it probably ranked in "black" territory due to the powder conditions. I got exhausted doing the runs up there (this being the easiest one!) so much needed the lunch break we did just after. I also had to feel sorry for the group of people that ventured up there (as observed from their blood curdling screams heard in this video!) as they likely expected the usual mild "blue" run. Time stamp is wrong.
Skiing "Powder Keg, "Pasture Ability" and "Landing Strip". Probably the best quality footage of the day. Time stamp is wrong.
Skiing "Lintons Leap & "Miners Alley": Started out with tenuous run down Linton's Leap then proceeded to Miners Alley, then finally dumping out to Boom Town. Time stamp is wrong.
Tiring run down "Rainbow's End": Not the best footage due to lighting conditions. This is normally a fun tight mogul run, but today it is just another powder run with the deepest of todays heavy powder. Time stamp is wrong.
Cat Skinner: Last run of day after tiring day of fresh but heavy powder. Route: Last Chance to Cat Skinner to Lower Powder Keg then rested up on Lariat to one last crunch down upper Pasture Ability finally blast down vacated beginner slope.

Note to the timid: I often find people who venture there way down to the beginning of Cat Skinner, stop and ask "What is the easiest way down from here?" I reply "You're looking at it! The other ways are steeper, narrower, and have trees on them" (Not to say the annoying bush in the middle of "Bad Medicine" I seem to always end up on top of!)

(Time stamp on video is wrong)

They Saved Some Snow For Us (From Recent Snowfall), Yea! 2/15/2015

Bumps R Us: I think the lunch time pizza energy kicked in for Steve. "Bumps R Us" is also an occasional "Rocks R Us" but not enough to slow us down too much.
Cat Skinner and more: So a lot happened on this run. First I discovered a new run that didn't used to exist (barely exists at present), then the usual carnage of others on the hard part of Cat Skinner (which its conditions were actually easier than normal do to less bumps and more loose snow), then a small child crashed into us, some nice scenery from the top of "Airplane", finally Ed got energetic and took a little jump (I got it in slow motion and zoomed in). The run was at the end of the day, so lighting wasn't the best (for us either as noted by Steve), but started out on Cat Skinner, then to lower Poweder Keg, then curved around to the top of Airplane, then down to the road to the main lift.
Rainbows End: Compared to the last video I posted for this run, this is more typical. Actually the bumps are usually a little sharper. Always a fun little run clear off on a far corner of the ski area
True Grit: Despite my videos that say otherwise, this is SUPPOSED to be a "blue" run. Even with today's thin cover, the bumps on this thing were sure a lot of fun.
Silverado: Normally this is a flat smooth "Groomer". Today I'm having lots of fun with it! I nice journey to the remotely located "Silver Chair".
Mineshaft / Chicken Drop / Cowboy Gulch: Typical conditions for all these runs except "Gulch usually has more bumps. This was mid-day and the older snow just softened up quite nicely.
